Hotelul Egreta a fost deschis in toamna anului 2002 si a luat numele unei pasari emblematice, locul de amplasare a hotelului fiind foarte aproape de colonia acestor specii. Este situat in imediata apropiere a satului Dunavatu de Jos, ultima localitate pe drum asfaltat la sud de Tulcea. EN Egreta Hotel was opened in the autumn of 2002. It took the name of an emblematic bird, the location of the hotel being very close to the colony of these species. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the village of Dunavatu de Jos, the last locality south of Tulcea, reachable by car.
